We were working with a leading OEM on this project for their 72V 60Ah battery pack. This pack is unique because it is a structural pack with Smart Automotive CAN based non-ISO BMS. The integrated Ni-Strips, Customized Cell holders and Phase change materials makes this pack as the first of its kind in the industry.
For a new age e3W OEM on this project for their 72V 200Ah battery pack. This smart pack has been designed for high charging rates upto 3C. The thermals were managed with Active cooling and LFP prismatic cells were used. Fixed pack with structural and thermal integrity to satisfy AIS and IEC Standards. Built with modularity at pack module level for future requirements.
Any Cell must pass stringent Renon test standards before getting into production. We test cells in reference to IS and IEC standards and characterize them with a model of Inductance, Resistance and Capacitance. Our Cell test standards are developed to simulate the Indian road conditions in terms of hill climbing, environmental conditions and Start/Stop conditions.
