Aditya Vikram is a passionate ecopreneur. He is a Mechanical Engineering graduate from PES University. Hailing from Jharkhand and pursued an MBA in Family Managed Business from S.P. Jain, Mumbai. He had his inclination towards solar electrification and began researching the energy storage market in depth and strived to make a notable footprint in the market. His passion for sustainable energy systems have led him to start his own firm Renon India in 2018.

Aditya strongly believes that the lithium-ion battery market may be at a nascent stage now but will undoubtedly serve as a substitute for fuels like petrol and diesel soon. He foresees Renon going places and confidently envisions the venture to be playing a pivotal role in bringing about this radical change.

Vineet Mittal is a social entrepreneur, Chartered Accountant, Company Secretary and a Cost Accountant by qualification. He has pursued an MBA in Family Business Management from S.P. Jain, Mumbai, followed by courses in PV technology (IIT), Mumbai. He is a strong anchor behind a well-acclaimed business venture Navitas Solar. Vineet envisaged a clean energy future, given the intermittent nature of solar and wind power he knew he had to find a way to actualize this vision which led him to enter the energy storage market and he found ‘Renon India’.

Along with Navitas that has already made a noteworthy impact in the solar sector, Vineet ensures to leave no stone unturned as he promises to do the same in the Energy storage market with Renon India.

Ankit Singhania, our Director of Sales and Procurement, strategically secures a strong network of suppliers and vendors who form the foundation of the company and accelerate its growth to a significant extent. Backed by a qualification in Economics (Majors) from St. Xavier’s (Mumbai) followed by an MBA in Marketing from IIM Ranchi, Ankit’s hands-on experience in Real Estate Construction (both Residential and Commercial) give him an edge when it comes to strategic sourcing and effective sales. Adding to this list, Ankit also oversees the supply chain management on a worldwide scale and has strong exposure in the international markets too.

Sunay Shah, our Co-founder is an Electrical Engineer with a wholesome experience of over 15 years. As the Director of India’s largest transformer service provider - Mahati Industries Pvt. Ltd. and one of India’s top 10 Solar PV companies - Navitas Green Solution Pvt. Ltd, Sunay brings forward a rich and insightful perspective to the table. Apart from Engineering, Sunay is a seasoned professional with cross-industry experience in financial services, entertainment and the start up space. Stepping into the energy storage market with a young and dynamic team at Renon India, Sunay aims to revolutionize and make a sustainable difference in areas of storage and electric mobility.

Aditya Singhania, our Director of Engineering, Procurement and Constructions projects, a Civil Engineer and an alumni of Surat’s esteemed Sardar Vallabhbhai National Institute of Technology (SVNIT) brings forward a rich experience in Civil Construction projects to the table. Known for his commendable contribution in the strategic layup of Navitas Green Solutions plant, Aditya meticulously investigates the development of new products along with leading the EPC division of the company.

Saurabh Aggarwal, our Head of Taxation and Logistics is a Chartered Accountant by qualification and is equipped with extensive knowledge, skills and abilities needed to handle the taxation and legal matters of the company. Saurabh comes with experience in the steel sector with one of the leading manufacturers of TMT Bars - Jaideep Ispat & Alloys Pvt. Ltd, and M.S Billet in Central India. Furthermore, Saurabh also has a brief experience of working in the Textile industry. His instrumental contribution in leading the material and logistics management for Navitas Solar is truly noteworthy.
